  1. Who runs the village e.g is it Bupa ,,Ryman etc and what are the weekly fees please ,you mentioned 70 the age to enter the village give or take a year or two so does that mean you let say a 68 yr old to move in,also are pets allowed ,thanks .

    • This is a privately owned village. The weekly fees are set at $160 per week and are fixed for life.
      70 is the preferred entry age, but 68 is acceptable at this stage
